Important Notice: Request to Withdraw Assets from & Termination of ka.app Services initiated by Kasta CCHS Ltd., Bulgaria
Dear Client,
We are writing to inform you about an important change regarding the services provided by Kasta CCHS Ltd., Bulgaria.
Following a further internal assessment of the regulatory framework introduced under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and the Bulgarian Markets in Crypto-Assets Act (MCAA), Kasta CCHS Ltd has decided not to pursue a CASP licence and will therefore discontinue the provision of its crypto-asset services.
This strategic decision relates specifically to the current provision of regulated services by Kasta CCHS Ltd. which encompasses all of the crypto and fiat services currently offered on ka.app and its associated mobile apps. The broader group and team continue to evaluate and work on initiatives within the digital asset and Web3 space, independent of this service discontinuation.
Effective 19 December 2025, Kasta CCHS Ltd will no longer onboard new clients, accept new sign-ups, or allow deposits of any kind (both crypto and fiat). This measure allows us to focus entirely on an orderly service discontinuation process for existing clients.
During this process, we will continue to fully support the withdrawal of client funds for a period of 60 days, ensuring that all assets can be safely returned to our users.
What this means for you
Kasta CCHS Ltd will cease providing all services within and access to the ka.app platform on February 17, 2026.
To ensure a smooth and orderly process, you are kindly requested to withdraw all your available assets (crypto and fiat) from your account no later than 17 February 2026.
After this date:
- Your access to the ka.app platform will be disabled.
- No further withdrawals will be possible through the platform.
- Any unclaimed assets will continue to be securely maintained in segregated form, and may be returned to you upon request through a manual, off-platform process, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Once your available balance has been withdrawn or if you do not have any available balance within your account currently, we will suspend your ka.app account with immediate effect.
What you need to do
Please ensure that all balances in your account are withdrawn no later than 17 February 2026.
You can withdraw your assets by logging in to your account and following the standard withdrawal instructions available within the platform.
About this change
This communication relates solely to the discontinuation of Kasta CCHS Ltd’s regulated crypto-asset services. Our priority during this period is to ensure an orderly process for existing clients and the return of all client assets.
